7 Ways to Take Care of Your Ticker

Focus on Friendly Fats Monounsaturated fats found in olive and canola oils as well as polyunsaturated fats such as omega-3 fatty acids in fish, flaxseed and nuts are all heart-friendly fats, according to Nieca Goldberg, MD, director of the New York University Langone Medical Center Women's Heart Program.
